Micro modules are devices that have semiconductor element footprints of less than 1.0mm square, allowing higher numbers of couples for a given size module. These modules are metallized (but not solder tinned) on both hot and cold surfaces and they are suitable for mounting with solder or via compression (compression is recommended). TE Technology's proprietary "potting" for moisture protection and ruggedizing is available as an option. These modules are rated for use up to 80°C.

AC-140
Capacity Rating: 139 watts at a 0°C temperature difference.
Example Applications: Electronic equipment enclosures, telecommunications equipment, and camera enclosures.
Features: Specially designed to remove heat from an enclosure while maintaining the internal temperature at or near ambient. Low power consumption and high efficiency yield low operating costs and make it a good choice when the power supply must be located inside the enclosure. It has a sealed fan, corrosion protection, and maintains an enclosure's NEMA 4 rating. Can be used for heating and cooling. Compatible with all of TE Technology's temperature controllers. Multiple units can be easily controlled by one temperature controller.
CP-200HT-TT
Capacity Rating: 196 watts at a 0°C temperature difference.
Example Applications: Laboratory instruments, component test benches, high-power laser diodes, and cooling corrosive liquids with optional stainless-steel liquid exchangers.
Features: A table-top version of the CP-200HT, the unit additionally has a shroud that encloses the fan and also has legs which stand off the fan from the table top, allowing air to enter freely into the heat sink.
LC-SSX1
Typically attached to our standard cold plate coolers to make a liquid cooler with a 316 stainless steel (SS) liquid path. The LC-SSX1 is a heat sink / passive exchanger only; and the capacity of system will vary depending on the cold plate cooler to which it is attached. Used alone it has a 0.033 K/W thermal resistance at a 25 °C, 1.6 L/minute water flow rate. Useful for laboratory instruments, laser diode cooling, medical products, recirculating chillers, or temperature baths utilizing high purity or corrosive liquids.
MP-3022
Description: Our smallest thermistor with a 0.9 mm diameter sensor heat and 32 gauge wire. 50K ohms at 25 °C, for measuring from 0 °C to +150 °C. For use with TC-36-25 series and TC-720 series controllers. Can be mounted in a hole or on a surface. The wire leads can be extended with standard copper wire of any gauge recommended for the controller (no special alloy necessary).
